A free Halloween evening still has one useful planning step. Noblesville’s Halloween at Forest Park is scheduled for Friday, October 23, 2026, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Admission is free, but families wanting wristband activities, including hayrides and inflatables, need to preregister for those free wristbands.
The city’s program lists a trick-or-treat trail, costume contest, games, a DJ and food vendors. Review the current event page and registration links before arriving, especially if a particular activity is the reason your family wants to go. Free admission does not mean every possible purchase from a vendor is included.

Parking is another choice to settle early. The organizer offers a limited number of optional $15 priority parking passes for spaces inside Forest Park. Free parking and shuttle service are also planned from Noblesville High School; a paid parking pass is not required to attend.
Choose costumes that allow easy walking, and agree on a meeting place before exploring. Leave time for a return shuttle and a comfortable pause rather than measuring the visit by how many stations you reach. Sorting out wristbands and transportation beforehand keeps the decisions at the park focused on what your group actually enjoys.
